2. About Table Flow Hospitality
Table Flow Hospitality provides restaurant reservation, waitlist, floor management, staff workflow, customer notification, payment-link, integration and reporting tools. The service helps hospitality businesses manage bookings and front-of-house operations.
3. Accounts And Access
Restaurant owners, managers, staff and partners are responsible for keeping login details secure. You must not share passwords, access another account without permission, or use the platform in a way that could disrupt the service or compromise customer data.
4. Bookings And Restaurant Services
Table Flow Hospitality helps restaurants manage bookings, waitlists and customer communications. The restaurant remains responsible for honouring reservations, managing availability, applying its own cancellation rules, handling customer service and complying with food, licensing, accessibility and consumer laws.
5. Payments, Deposits And Refunds
Where payment links, deposits or prepayments are used, payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Table Flow Hospitality does not store raw card details. Refunds, cancellations, deposits and service charges are controlled by the relevant restaurant unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
6. Integrations
The platform may connect to payment providers, POS systems, calendar tools, notification services and other third-party systems. Availability of integrations depends on provider APIs, permissions, account status and configuration. Third-party services may have their own terms, charges and technical limits.
7. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse the platform, attempt to bypass security, upload harmful code, send unlawful messages, scrape the service, infringe intellectual property, or use the platform for fraudulent, abusive or misleading activity.
8. Availability And Changes
We aim to keep the service reliable and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, third-party outages, network issues and events outside our reasonable control may affect availability. Features may be improved, replaced or withdrawn over time.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Table Flow Hospitality is not responsible for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of data caused by user error, or issues caused by third-party services.
